Camping Hautes Pyrénées: Welcome to Camping du Lavedan
In the Hautes-Pyrénées, located in the heart of the 7 valleys, in the Gavarnie valleys, our 4-star family campsite guarantees a successful holiday. From April to September, you will enjoy an ideal and friendly setting, where hiking, cycle touring, motorbiking, fishing enthusiasts… can indulge their passion.
On your own, with family or friends, you will appreciate our heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and hydro-massage jets, its water slides, for a comfortable stay in the Lavedan valley. On site, during the season, activities are planned for all ages during the day, and you can take part in evening entertainment, meals and shows.

Welcome to Camping du Lavedan. Two generations have developed this unique, family-oriented place.
The third generation has taken over to keep the festive and family atmosphere of Lavedan alive.

Our aquatic area will delight both young and old.
While your children enjoy the slide and the paddling pool, you will have the opportunity to relax in the spa relaxation area reserved for adults only.
After a good swim, relax on our deckchairs while soaking up the sun.
Bar / Brasserie
Our restaurant Le Coin des Copains is the perfect place to take a break after a day’s hiking in the mountains. We offer pizzas, dishes prepared with local produce and fresh salads.
All our dishes are homemade.

The Yelloh! Village Camping du Lavedan in the Hautes-Pyrénées, rated 4 stars, offers 98 pitches on a 2-hectare park in the Hautes-Pyrénées. Since June 2024, we have a premium area consisting of 37 pitches on the campsite annexe.
With a caravan, tent or motorhome you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the campsite and take in stunning views of the Pyrenees.
In a family-friendly and reassuring setting, you will stay in spacious and comfortable mobile homes or chalets equipped with large covered terraces.

Would you like to enjoy a luxury holiday at the foot of the mountains? You will find what you are looking for at our campsite Le Lavedan in the Hautes-Pyrénées, in our premium area! In your upmarket mobile home with private spa, air conditioning, concierge service and leisure space, or your pitch with private sanitary facilities, you will want for nothing, for a dream holiday with the family! The Lavedan Premium will be open from 24/04/2026 to 14/09/2026.

Camping du Lavedan offers complete packages tailored to your needs to welcome you as a group. Bikers, cyclists, sports clubs, come and get together at our campsite where we take care of everything: accommodation, breakfast, lunch (and packed lunch) and dinner.
You will have the chance to enjoy all the must-see spots for cycling or motorbike outings: climb the Col du Tourmalet, the Col du Soulor and Aubisque, or Luz Ardiden and Hautacam… To end your day in style, you will appreciate our heated indoor swimming pool.

What services are available in the Premium neighbourhood?+-
We provide: a concierge service, bread and pastries, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a small grocery store and information point, a boules court and a children's playground.
Is there a restaurant or snack bar on site?+-
At lunchtime: the snack bar is open (July/August). It serves pan bagnats, paninis, salads, etc.
In the evening: the restaurant is open from 7 p.m. It serves hearty dishes made with produce from local producers.
How do I get to the campsite? Accessibility to the campsite:+-
- From Tarbes/Lourdes airport (30 mins)
- From Lourdes train station (20 mins)
- From Bordeaux or Toulouse, take the motorway and exit at Tarbes.
- Once in Tarbes, follow signs for Lourdes.
- Once in Lourdes, follow signs for Argelès-Gazost.
- At the end of the dual carriageway between Lourdes and Argelès, take the first exit at the first roundabout.
- At the next roundabout, take the third exit towards Pierrefitte-Nestalas / Cauterets.
- Follow signs for Cauterets. 2 km after entering Lau-Balagnas, you will find the campsite on your right.
Where is the Premium area located?+-
It is located 400 metres from Lavedan, in an annexed area. It is a quiet location with high-end accommodation.
